Yes, I have been saying it for a bit, but now it is in print. Numb3rs needs Larry back. I love Larry. His wonderous speeches and comments are wasted in space. Here are some of his quotes from the show that I just picked up (that really don't do him justice):

~When you're working on human problems, there's going to be pain and disappointment. You gotta ask yourself, is it worth it?

~Okay, I'm going to go contemplate the koi pond.

~Since when did my last name become a predicate adjective?

~I see two extraordinary minds that can communicate on the purest level a man and woman can interface on. Okay, second purest.

~Children are wormholes. They're portals into the unreachable future and unattainable past.

~We can only see the universe through the limited prism of our senses.

~I have noticed that some expressions have a certain shimmering quality to them.

~Change is inevitable and those who adapt most quickly are the most likely to survive.

~Were I in a less ebullient frame of mind, I might very well just bop you in the nose.

~You *constantly* put me in mind of the 157 Nebula, with these endless layers upon layers of complexities.

So far I can not find anyone else as obsessed with this as I am, but screw it. Whoever writes for Larry has a great talent for words and I miss having those goofy, genius bits of beauty on the show.

<lj:music>The quiet lull of people and books</lj:music>

Well, at least I had correct expectations going in this year. I have done federal and it was exactly as expected, owing gobs of money. The only unexpected thing was that since I can't pay up front I will apparently go into default automatically on the payment I had already set up. Fa-boo. But I don't think it is a big deal to set up again, I think it is just $25 extra and you have to call and set it up. I just hope I can make 1 payment for both years and not 1 for each.
And I just got off the phone with Megan. Fight Night sounded like the coolest thing ever and I looked in the phone book and there are 2 places in KC that do boxing intruction and one listed women, so I might check into that. Boxing is totally cooler than roller derby.

Apparently you have to post something to have a good LJ page, turns out I am not as smart as previously thought. Ummmmm.... FYI, I have another blog, obsessna.blogspot.com, I don't post there either.
